Refund policy

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item — or the last item in physical possession, if your order contains multiple items delivered separately.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please do this by sending an email to jens@jens-schott.dk, informing us that the item will be returned and, if possible, include the reason.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to receive the package without also clearly notifying us of your decision.

Returns
We do not pick up parcels or accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

Condition of returned items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store, but you may not put it into actual use.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund, or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please do not use the shoebox as the shipping box, as this may reduce the value of the item.

If the original packaging is damaged or missing, this will lead to a value reduction, and we reserve the right to deduct DKK 40 from your refund. 

Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. Any value reduction, for which you are liable, will be deducted from the total refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the shoes. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you provide proof of having returned them.
