Visa Dankort, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay.
The amount will be charged when the item is shipped.
All prices on the webshop are shown including VAT.
We do not charge any card fees.
Shipping
Your package will be shipped via GLS.
Delivery time depends on your country of residence.
Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding shipping or delivery.
All shipments include a track-and-trace number, which you will receive via email.
Please note that prices do not include import duties.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days for in-stock items.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item, or the last item in physical possession, if your order contains multiple items delivered separately.
You are responsible for the goods from the time of delivery.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Please do this by completing the standard return form included with your order.
This form should indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the package without also clearly informing us.

We do not pick up parcels or accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).
Condition of returned items
You are only liable for any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
You may try the product as you would in a physical store, but you may not use it.
If the items have been used more than described above, they will be considered used.
This means that upon withdrawal, you may only receive a partial refund — or none — depending on the item’s market value.
All items must be returned in original packaging.
Do not use the shoebox as a shipping box, as this may reduce the item’s value.
If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct DKK 40 from your refund.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid us.
If there is a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refund.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received the shoes.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods — unless you provide documentation of having returned them.
Warranty
There is a 24-month warranty on shoes purchased on amust.dk.
Privacy policy
To enter into a purchase agreement, we require the following information:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
When visiting amust.dk, cookies are stored on your device. A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser that allows us to recognize your device on future visits.

We register and share your personal information in order to deliver your order.
We work with selected partners who store and process data on our behalf.
These partners are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We only collaborate with data processors located within the EU or in countries that ensure adequate data protection.
We collect your email address, name, address, phone number, gender, and IP address.
Additionally, we collect analytical data such as device type and usage behavior to improve our website and analyze its performance.
Payment information is processed via the Shopify Payments gateway.
When visiting amust.dk, we automatically collect data about your usage, including browser type, search terms, and IP address.
This is done to optimize user experience and website functionality and to perform targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google.
Personal data is registered by Amust and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
